You Are My Rainbow

Three in the morning and my heart’s still burning

Write it on a piece of paper, keep it in a secret place.


I want to catch a rainbow and spread it everywhere

Paint everything with its magnificent hues,

Turn the gloomy days into beautiful mornings,

Something only a lovely rainbow could do. 


Then in just a blink You’re suddenly gone

You left a note, You said, “My child, it is done”.

Then I heard the prelude of the birds chirping; the music of dawn

I saw a rainbow peeking, Oh what a wonderful creation!


Ask, Seek, Knock, And Dream BIG Dreams

When I was  a kid, I always had this dream of seeing myself walking over the clouds, and flying from wherever to wherever. It was indeed an awesome feeling every moment I wake up.

Now, I’m dreaming BIG DREAMS, REAL DREAMS and the Lord said, “It is finished (John 19:30)”. The work is complete.

I believe God will take me to a whole new season of getting things right and making new steps for myself and for the nations of the world. The Lord said I should accelerate, I answered “Amen”; and I’m excited for what will happen on the next few days.

I asked Him to set my heart on fire, He gave me all “these”.

I continually seek for His amazing love; He gave me more than what I expected.

I knocked; He opened the Heavens.

Thank you My Daddy! I will continue moving the mountains because I know You’re there. Everything that You are putting on my life today excites me. I know You are in control. All things will work together for good. I am delighted to see myself there in the future. Prepare me, prepare my heart. I will always keep Your promises. Soon, I will be in the Land of Goshen with my family; a place nearest to God, the land of provision, blessing and protection.

Everything’s gonna be okay. Hurray for today!


What makes you HAPPY?


Hey! Instead of weeping all day in your bed, remembering all the sad stuff, taking all the bitterness, why don’t you just get up, smile and think of all those things that make you happy? Every day is another day. God wants you to be happy. He wants you to be delighted. The Bible says,Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.” 1 Peter 5:7

Be more than happy because God is with you all the time. His love never fails.

Well, I was never been a foot ball fan. It was my first time to hear his name. Thank you Sunday Service and Pastor Ronnie for introducing Mr.  Tim Tebow.

Tim Tebow was a college sophomore when he won the Heisman trophy (for outstanding all around player) as a quarter back.  In 2008, he led his team to victory in the BSC National Championship game.

Aside from being popular in his field, he is also known as a devoted Christian. Tebow has also become recognized in the field because of his “Tebowing”- dropping to one knee in prayer with his head resting on one hand. Even if others are mocking him because of his belief, he continued his passion for Christ.  Tim Tebow founded the Tim Tebow Foundation in January 2010. It is a faith-based outreach group with children in need in both the United States and the Philippines. Tim-Tebow-2 at7mo-tim-tebow-blog

 Tim Tebow is one of the representations of excellence and light. He is an inspiration to everyone.

Let us desire God to live in us. Let us arise and shine. Let us drop our knee to pray and ask for more of Him in our life. Let us- NOW!

So, here it is…

So it seemed, that it was cool, so cool, for everyone to be in a relationship but me..
So I took matters into my own hands… and ended up with him
Him who displayed the characteristics of a CHEATER, a LIAR, an ABUSER, & a THIEF
So.. why was I surprised when he broke into my heart?
I called 911, but I was cardiac arrested for aiding and abetting,
Cause it was ME who let him in…
Claiming we were “just friends”..
It was already decided for me by the first date, that even if he wasn’t!
I was gonna make him ‘The One’..
You know… I was tired of being alone,
And I simply made up in my mind, that it was about that time so I decided to drag him along for the ride,
Cause I was always the bridesmaid & never the bride..
A virgin in the physical, but mentally just a grown woman on the corner in heat!
Who was tired of the wait!
So I was gonna make him ‘The One’.
He had a… form of Godliness… but not much..
But hey, hey I can change him! So (honey) I’ll TAKE him, I mean he’s close… enough
Ready to sell my aorta for a quarter, not knowing the value of its use to me
Arties so clogged with MY will, it blocked HIS Will from flowing through me
So, I thank Christ that His blood pressure gave this heart an attack,
That flatlined my obscured vision, put me flat on my back
Through my ignorance He sawed,
Through my sternum He sawed & cracked open my chest

A new heart & a renewed right spirit within!
So now I fully understand,
Better yet I thoroughly comprehend,

Where the hospitality of Lydia is aligned with the submission of Mary,
Which is engulfed in the tears of a praying Hanna.

But to my Father, my Father who has known me before I was birthed into this earth

The Bright Side

March has always been a memorable month for me.

March 7-9, 2008 , the dates when I first encountered Him (face to face). It changed my life not just for days but for a lifetime. It transformed me to a new creation who values His love and calling.

But wait there’s more…

Looking on the Brighter Side of PAINS, STRESSES and NEGATIVES

March 2013 has been a roller coaster ride for me.

My mind says,” if I’ll be given a chance to skip a month, that’d be March. “

My heart says, “March is the greatest month ever.”

God has been teaching me a lot in this season of my life. There were ups and downs, bumps and curves, bruises and pains. But I believe  God wants me to realize that it’s time for a new beginning! YES!

First, I had this heart breaking experience. This caused my heart and my whole body to lose all its energy.

We just had our first SOD Encounter! Praise God! Finally! But before we successfully lead those dear students to God, we (I) experienced trials such as: being scolded by their parents to the point that their anger almost fly into rage, asked who we really are, where do we get our money, what is Destiny, and many other interrogations. It wasn’t easy. But again, Praise God for the wisdom and peace!

Dead tired, stressed, body aches…

I felt so down after the camp to the point that I was already out of focus on things. There was this instance that forgot all my important documents (e.g. Diploma, TOR, IDs, etc.) Even if I got home late, tired, (considering that the travel time is almost 2 hours) I still went back to the place where I think I left it. Unfortunately, the store was then closed. I felt so helpless and dizzy. I didn’t know what to do. Those were so important! But God reminded me of His love and His power. He gave me peace and wisdom. The next day, I got off my bed early morning, packed my things, prepared myself and dropped at the store where I possibly left the documents. Whew! Praise God! All of the documents were there. Of course, I thanked the sales man for keeping my things.

Few days after, my patience and faith were again tested. My boss asked me to coordinate with our project partner on arranging his flight. I did the assistance and other things needed. But, to my “forgetfulness”, I failed to ask for a copy of his e-ticket. Arrrrrrgh! I was just reminded of it when I received a call from my boss. “What should I do? I don’t even have the number of my contact person. Only our exchange of emails and it’s almost 8:00 pm, Sunday. ” I asked myself.  Then God re-entered the situation. He said “My daughter, trust me, we can handle this.” Oh, how sweet! I revisited my e-mail then. I saw the contact number of my point person’s immediate boss.  I saw a landline and a mobile number.  First, I tried to send a text. Then, I tried calling both numbers.  It was so frustrating that no one’s answering the phone or even sending a text.

Seconds after, God said, “My daughter, it’s all gonna be okay.”

I boldly declared of receiving a text from them at exactly 9:15. Minutes after, I received a text from my point person’s boss. She told me to wait for her colleague’s call in a short while. Then, a girl named Cherie texted me. The message went like this, “Hi. This is Cherie from (anonymous). May I have your email address so I could send it to you?”.  Wow! Amazingly, when I rechecked the text minutes after she asked me, I received the text at around 9:13 pm. And then, it was 9:15 when she informed me that the email was already sent to me. Praises be to God! That was the Power of Declaration.

These are just few of all the unexpected-unwanted things happened to me. Not so good experiences but when we see the bright side, God was there to save me. He was there to shower grace and favor.

God is wonderfully amazing. His love is so sweet.

“18 Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared

to the glory he will reveal to us later.”

Romans 8:18 (NLT)

Friends, we should praise Him always for He is King. He has everything. When good things happen, let us praise Him. When negative things happen, let us still praise Him anyway. When we are in need, He’ll rush to save us. Let us always see Him in our situation. Let Him work in our midst. Have the peace from Heaven. Let there be clarity in our hearts and in our minds. Let us let our troubles fall behind us. In the end, we will be able to finish the race. Beloved, fight a good fight of FAITH. See the bright side through the eyes of Heaven.

Revival Generation: 10

This is the reason why I so love the word Revival or Revivalist.

March 7-9, 2008, the most unforgettable dates of my life; Encounter 10: Revival Generation. The event that changed me not just for 3 days but for a lifetime. And I will always be proud of this batch. Keep the fire burning. Continue the passion. Go Revival Gen! You know who you are and I miss you guys.

You Are Special

Here is one of the stories I dearly love. You are Special, written by Max Lucado, a story of finding, understanding and accepting your true identity and purpose. Here, you’ll realize your uniqueness and that our purpose is greater than our own fulfillment, happiness, career, family, and dreams. Our identity is related to our purpose. Once we understand who we are, we will discover our purpose here on Earth.

How do we know why we are here?…

The Bible says, “11 In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will,” Ephesians 1:11

It begins when we discover our identity and then our purpose through a relationship with God. It is not an accident that we were created. His plans for us were laid even before time. Amazing is He! We just have to accept Him in our lives as we accept who we are and the purpose given to us.

The Wemmicks were small wooden people. Each of the wooden people was carved by a woodworker named Eli. His workshop sat on a hill overlooking their village. Every Wemmick was different. Some had big noses, others had large eyes. Some were tall and others were short. Some wore hats, others wore coats. But all were made by the same carver and all lived in the village. And all day, every day, the Wemmicks did the same thing: They gave each other stickers. Each Wemmick had a box of golden star stickers and a box of gray dot stickers. Up and down the streets all over the city, people could be seen sticking stars or dots on one another.

The pretty ones, those with smooth wood and fine paint, always got stars. But if the wood was rough or the paint chipped, the Wemmicks gave dots. The talented ones got stars, too. Some could lift big sticks high above their heads or jump over tall boxes. Still others knew big words or could sing very pretty songs. Everyone gave them stars.

Some Wemmicks had stars all over them! Every time they got a star it made them feel so good that they did something else and got another star. Others, though, could do little. They got dots.

Punchinello was one of these. He tried to jump high like the others, but he always fell. And when he fell, the others would gather around and give him dots.

Sometimes when he fell, it would scar his wood, so the people would give him more dots. He would try to explain why he fell and say something silly, and the Wemmicks would give him more dots. After a while he had so many dots that he didn’t want to go outside. He was afraid he would do something dumb such as forget his hat or step in the water, and then people would give him another dot. In fact, he had so many gray dots that some people would come up and give him one without reason. “He deserves lots of dots,” the wooden people would agree with one another. “He’s not a good wooden person.”

After a while Punchinello believed them. “I’m not a good Wemmick,” he would say. The few times he went outside, he hung around other Wemmicks who had a lot of dots. He felt better around them.

One day he met a Wemmick who was unlike any he’d ever met. She had no dots or stars. She was just wooden. Her name was Lucia. It wasn’t that people didn’t try to give her stickers; it’s just that the stickers didn’t stick. Some admired Lucia for having no dots, so they would run up and give her a star. But it would fall off. Some would look down on her for having no stars, so they would give her a dot. But it wouldn’t stay either. ‘That’s the way I want to be,’thought Punchinello. ‘I don’t want anyone’s marks.’ So he asked the stickerless Wemmick how she did it. “It’s easy,” Lucia replied. “every day I go see Eli.”

“Eli?” “Yes, Eli. The woodcarver. I sit in the workshop with him.” “Why?” “Why don’t you find out for yourself? Go up the hill. He’s there.”

And with that the Wemmick with no marks turned and skipped away. “But he won’t want to see me!” Punchinello cried out. Lucia didn’t hear. So Punchinello went home. He sat near a window and watched the wooden people as they scurried around giving each other stars and dots. “It’s not right,” he muttered to himself. And he resolved to go see Eli. He walked up the narrow path to the top of the hill and stepped into the big shop. His wooden eyes widened at the size of everything. The stool was as tall as he was. He had to stretch on his tiptoes to see the top of the workbench. A hammer was as long as his arm. Punchinello swallowed hard. “I’m not staying here!” and he turned to leave. Then he heard his name.

“Punchinello?” The voice was deep and strong. Punchinello stopped. “Punchinello! How good to see you. Come and let me have a look at you.” Punchinello turned slowly and looked at the large bearded craftsman. “You know my name?” the little Wemmick asked.

“Of course I do. I made you.” Eli stooped down and picked him up and set him on the bench. “Hmm,” the maker spoke thoughtfully as he inspected the gray circles. “Looks like you’ve been given some bad marks.” “I didn’t mean to, Eli. I really tried hard.” “Oh, you don’t have to defend yourself to me, child. I don’t care what the other Wemmicks think.” “You don’t?”

No, and you shouldn’t either. Who are they to give stars or dots?

They’re Wemmicks just like you. What they think doesn’t matter, Punchinello. All that matters is what I think. And I think you are pretty special.”

Punchinello laughed. “Me, special? Why? I can’t walk fast. I can’t jump. My paint is peeling. Why do I matter to you?”

Eli looked at Punchinello, put his hands on those small wooden shoulders, and spoke very slowly. “Because you’re mine. That’s why you matter to me.”

Punchinello had never had anyone look at him like this–much less his maker. He didn’t know what to say.

“Every day I’ve been hoping you’d come,” Eli explained.

“I came because I met someone who had no marks.”

“I know. She told me about you.”

“Why don’t the stickers stay on her?”

“Because she has decided that what I think is more important than what they think. The stickers only stick if you let them.”


“The stickers only stick if they matter to you. The more you trust my love, the less you care about the stickers.”

“I’m not sure I understand.”

“You will, but it will take time. You’ve got a lot of marks. For now, just come to see me every day and let me remind you how much I care.” Eli lifted Punchinello off the bench and set him on the ground. “Remember,” Eli said as the Wemmick walked out the door. “You are special because I made you. And I don’t make mistakes.”

Punchinello didn’t stop, but in his heart he thought, “I think he really means it.”

The Eternal Cycle

This is the eternal cycle. Yeah, redundant but isn’t it amazing? I drew this to easily visualize the greatness of my Daddy. I believe God will sacrifice His son again and again just for our sake.

For God (greatest person) so loved (greatest of all) the world (greatest creation) that he gave (greatest deed) his one and only Son (greatest sacrifice), that whoever believes in him shall not perish (greatest faith) but have eternal life (greatest reward). –John 3:16

The bible also says:

Psalm 50:9-10

New Living Translation (NLT)

9 But I do not need the bulls from your barns
or the goats from your pens.
10 For all the animals of the forest are mine,
and I own the cattle on a thousand hills.

If God has everything, then why did He sacrifice His son for all of us?

Because He loves us so much that He is willing to sacrifice His one and only for the sake of many.

… Therefore, we, sons and daughters of God have the greatest destiny of our life. Truly amazing! This thought causes my heart to fly into awesomeness of Earth and beyond. Indescribable!

When we start to believe the greatest person who showed us the greatest of all (which is love) and appreciate the greatest deed as we acknowledge His greatest sacrifice and by having the greatest faith then He will bless us with the greatest reward. Woooah!

We have to be in awe of His beauty and all things and blessings will follow. He is eternal life, He is our all, and He is everything. He is the King. If we allow ourselves to sacrifice and lay down all that we have-our talents, careers, material things etc.- God will make a make a way to give back all that we surrender- twice, thrice until everything overflows in abundance.

Now, are you willing to sacrifice the thing you valued the most? Listen to your heart. Be prepared. Your reward is there, you just have to be emptied for you to be filled. Be excited to overflow.
