“I don’t know if I will cry. I don’t know what to feel. But I thank Him for the strength. Last year, it was a memorable Christmas in the hospital. I asked Him, “why?” He said, “It’s time for you to experience these things.” Again, I asked why. He said, “For you to be better than before.” In the midst of silence I just agreed with Him and prayed for a great 2010 Christmas celebration.”
“It was cold morning of December 20, 2010… a message came through the phone of a sister. For a while, I was staggered; the common reaction of a phlegmatic. No words. No reactions. Minutes after, tears just fell down. I couldn’t understand what’s happening. “
“Right now, questions are here and there in my mind. I don’t want to complain and ask Him again of what’s happening. I know that this is just part of the process. Process. Process. And Process”.
“… It is just another story of how to share God’s love and peacefulness this Christmas. It will be days of seeing beautiful flowers and candle lights, a story that will come to an end but a beginning of another journey for the next years to come.
Sometimes, it is good to accept things you can’t understand for now because there will come
a time that deeper revelations will be upon you. Though it is hard, we have to endure the process with joy and love. Let every burdens be taken away for He is there to walk hand in hand.”
I was running through all my notes when I saw this. This was written December 21 of 2010. After re reading all the lines, I realized how strong I am. Now I can say I am a great conqueror! The Bible says “Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust Him and He will help you.” –Psalm 37:5-6. Yes. He did help me that time. He was there to hold my hand. He gave me sunshine when I was about to stumble. “The steps of the godly are directed by the Lord. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will not fall, for the Lord holds them by hand.”- Psalm 37:23-24. Wow! Amazing! Thanks to all the bruises, pains, and crashes, those helped me realize how godly I am with the love of the Lord our God.
Now, another year comes to end and another journey is about to start.
Wait! There’s more! I won’t miss this chance to give you a glimpse of my 2012. I am having a hard time to share with you through words all that happened to me last year. I think it would be better to show these photos.
